Biography

Emilie Bahr is a journalist-turned-urban planner based in New Orleans, where she first discovered the joys of life on two wheels. She got interested in biking for transportation in 2007 when she wrote a story for a local business magazine about the city’s unlikely plans to begin installing bicycle infrastructure and soon found herself hooked. Although she’s written for as long as she can remember, Urban Revolutions is her first book.
