Biography

Jamey Hatley is a native of Memphis, Tennessee. Her writing has appeared in the Oxford American, Torch, Long Hidden: Speculative Fiction From The Margins of History, Memphis Noir, and elsewhere. In 2006 she won the William Faulkner-William Wisdom Award for a Novel-in-Progress and received a master of fine arts in creative writing from Louisiana State University. She is a 2016 Prose Fellow for the National Endowment for the Arts.
