Biography

Ti Adelaide Martin is the co-proprietor of three of New Orleans’ finest dining establishments, including Commander’s Palace, Café Adelaide and the Swizzle Stick Bar, and SoBou. Martin credits her mother, Ella Brennan, the “grande dame” of the famous Brennan clan, for setting the stage for her love of the restaurant business.  In addition to her book about her mother’s inspirational life, a feature-length documentary about Miss Ella premiers at the New Orleans Film Festival in October.
