Viscera (forthcoming, August 2023)

Viscera is map and misdirection, evidence and contradiction, free will and fate at the blackjack table. An astronaut, immigrant daughter, erstwhile detective trying to make her way home. Viscera is time travel, exploration of space—intergalactic to inner landscape. Viscera is perpetrator and witness, relentless self-definition, construction of new belief systems. Viscera believes everything you touch becomes a part of you, so touch as much as you can. Viscera revels in the now, celebrates the multitudes without and within. Viscera is invention and relic, truth and dare, chest cavity cut open and laid bare. Viscera is prayer and lament. The make it work moment. The against-all-odds dream. Faith in the unseen. The belief that you are exactly where you were meant to be. The knowing that here is holy.
