Biography

Scott Billington is a three-time Grammy winner who has produced recordings by such esteemed artists as Charlie Rich, Bobby Rush, and Irma Thomas. While he has been writing short pieces such as magazine articles and album liner notes since he was a teenager, his first book was Making Tracks—a memoir that includes in-depth profiles of many of the legendary musicians with whom he worked and the varying challenges of making a great record.
