Freedom Knows My Name: Poems

Freedom Knows My Name takes readers on a poetic journey of seeking collective and personal freedom as a Black woman. These poems range from motherhood to spiritual questioning. By scanning the QR code on the back of the book, readers are transported to selected poems read by the author. Kalamu ya Salaam calls Harris-DeBerry, “the sound of wonderful” in his introduction.
