Biography

Pam Rabalais-Vinci is a faculty member in the LSU Department of Textiles, Apparel Design, and Merchandising and Curator of the LSU Textile & Costume Museum. Her research interests and gallery exhibitions have focused on varied topics including The Acadian Handicraft Project 1942-1962, Early- to Mid-20th Century Louisiana Hand sewn Infant Garments, Twentieth Century Women’s Aprons, and Converting Commodity Bags: Recycling Circa 1940.
