Alysson Foti Bourque
Alysson Foti Bourque currently resides in Sunset, Louisiana, with her husband and two children. Bourque graduated from University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a degree in Elementary Education. She also earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Southern University Law Center. After practicing law for six years, she traded in writing trial briefs for writing children’s books. Bourque’s first book of the Alycat series has been awarded the Mom’s Choice Award and Benjamin Franklin Digital Award.
