Kristen Illarmo is a science fiction and fantasy Young Adult author examining possible futures shaped by the repercussions of our choices. Illarmo's passion for exploring complicated family dynamics in the midst of crumbling societies drives her storytelling. When she’s not writing, she can be found looking for the peacock in her quirky New Orleans neighborhood with her tiny, giant-eared dog.
